I might be mistaken, but I think that error points to the var being empty.

Well, after a week of vacation I attacked this with a fresh mind and there’s some progress! The syntax that suggested does work but not when I have “Multi-value” and/or “Include All option” enabled. So, when I have exactly one switch selected, I get its logs correctly as annotations.

Now, for the next step!! Is there any way to have this working with repeatable panels based on the same variable?
