Kafka - Setting value for `replica.fetch.max.bytes` through an environment variable

Hey all,
I am using kafka in docker and want to set value for replica.fetch.max.bytes through environment variable, could not find a list of supported env variables in docs. Can anyone help me with the correct variable please?
