Hi guys, I want to monitor few url if it’s status is 200 or not… if not I would like to receive the notification on slack, while doing this setup using -synthetic monitoring… monitoring part is working fine but while doing setup for alerts… Data Source of synthetic doesn’t show up… even I have added it to Datasource… Please help… what I’m missing… Suitable docs etc… Thank you!!!
Results are saved in Mimir and Loki. Synthetic Monitoring? Do you mean Grafana Cloud ?
If yes, then there are automatic alerts available, you can search for them in the alerting part, copy them and modify for your needs

Go edit your checks, there should be a section about “if not 200 then alert” and another section about alert sensitivity
Yes, I can see alerts for different sensitivity… but alerts are being sent where - slack? webhook? how I can configure it…
In the menu Alerting, you can set contact points (including Slack) and set that as the default delivery point
