Deploying pods without restarting on crash

Hi all,
I have a scenario which want deployment not restart its pod got crash, any idea for that?

A PodSpec has a restartPolicy field with possible values Always, OnFailure, and Never. The default value is Always.

I mean deployment which only has restart option

Sorry, my bad, I mean deployment only have always as restart policy option, I want to pod won’t be restarted if crash
