Can someone guide me on a template issue i am having in CW?
I’m wanting to get tickets generated “per tech” rather than a single ticket with 8 techs on it. Reason for this has to do with some of our integrations (like Nilear) on tracking activity and reporting. I thought there was a way within templates to do per ticket but i’m not seeing that anymore. Any thoughts (without doing a template per Tech)?
