Is there any Prometheus node_exporter metric to fetch overall Linux server health status?
There isn’t a specific “everything is fine” metric but if all the actual metrics are within your expectations then… everything is fine (as far as the os metrics are concerned)
What you want is probably to configure alerts for metrics such as memory or cpu etc and then have a dashboard for firing alerts… thus you will see if the server is healthy or not
