Because imo there are some data sources which make much more sense to be enterprise than cloudflare (e.g. Atlassian Statuspage, ThousandEyes or Solarwinds), while some that are widely used by hobbiyists like Graylog or Netlify. In the end its of course the decision of Grafana Labs, just from my perspective there doesnt seem to be a clear guideline to what sources are enterprise and which arent
