Pulling data from Kafka connect in .dat or .csv

Hi, Can Kafka Connect pull the data from a Kafka topic and provide the data in the form of a .dat or .csv file OR insert the data directly into a staging table in a legacy RDBMS database?

Yes - the JDBC Sink connector reads data from a Kafka topic and writes it to any RDBMS
